Corporate HQ structure, with studio apartments on upper floors, facade integration and rooftop services.
Key Responsibilities & Contribution
- Earthquake resistant design according to Nepalese and Indian Standards. (modeled in ETABS)
- Produced shop drawings (plans, elevations, sections) and typical details.
- Coordinated with architects and MEP consultants during the design process to satisfy all the requirements and come up with innovative structural solutions.
- Delivered calculation sets, GA drawings, and rebar schedules.
- Jury Presentation at the municipality office to get building approved for construction.
